On 24.October.2007 ADING AD Skopje has increased the basic capital of its own firm 
ADING Bulgaria EOOD with main office in Pernik,R.Bulgaria.
The capital has been increased from the previous 5.000 leva to 305.000 leva.
Firm in which ADING AD Skopje is the only subsidiary has no been active up to now. With capital increase, the bound company-daughter repurchased the land with construction structure in the industrial zone of Pernik ( city near Sofia) where the production plant is in the process of finishing. It is planned the firm to start with active operation at the beginning of 2008.
