On November.18.2009 upon invitation of students by the “Faculty of mechanical engineering” Skopje from “Industrial engineering and management” department, ADING has performed presentation on theme “ Employees motivation”. As part of lecture in “ Human resources management” conducted by prof. d-r Polenakovic Radmil, our representatives succeeded to hold attention to students, giving them a practical and real example about way of employees motivation in the Business system of Ading. We are pleased that we had opportunity to approach ADING as company closer to students and by practical example to show them on the basis of which principle functions employees motivation of company.
